Boulevard ring
Wide streets loop around the historic centre where the old walls once stood, and the dense lanes inside are clearly set apart from the looser suburbs outside.

Montélimar Map Poster & Print
Montélimar lies in the Rhône valley in the Drôme, a short distance east of the river itself. On a map its historic centre is easy to find. It is a nearly round cluster of narrow streets enclosed by a ring of wider boulevards that follows the line of the old defences. Newer districts spread out from that ring across the flat valley floor.
The Roubion and the Jabron meet near the town, and their courses cut across the southern and western edges of the map. To the east, the medieval Château des Adhémar stands on raised ground above the centre. For most travellers, though, the town means nougat, the almond and honey sweet that has been linked with Montélimar for generations.
A Montélimar map poster turns that layout into a clear graphic. There is a dense core, a clean ring around it, and rivers and major roads cutting through the outer districts along the valley. The ring reads well even at small print sizes, so the town suits both a small frame and a large wall.

Two rivers
The Roubion and the Jabron meet near the town. Their curving channels add natural lines to the south and west of a mostly flat valley map.
Château des Adhémar
The castle stands on higher ground at the eastern edge of the old town. Its grounds make a distinct open patch next to the tight medieval streets.
