Delta waterways
Channels and canals cross the town and its surroundings, drawing continuous lines through the map. Bridges and embankment roads follow them, giving the plan its direction.

Nantou Map Poster & Print
Nantou lies in the northern part of Zhongshan, in the low, flat country of the Pearl River Delta. From above, the town is defined by water: river channels, smaller waterways and rectangular ponds cut across the land, and roads and bridges run between them. There are no hills to organise the plan, so the street pattern follows the channels and the edges of the reclaimed fields.
The town is a manufacturing centre, known in particular for its household appliance industry, and much of its built-up area is made up of large factory sites and workers' housing. Together with neighbouring towns in Zhongshan and Foshan, it forms part of the dense industrial belt that grew across the delta from the 1980s onward.
A Nantou map poster turns this working landscape into a clean graphic: long parallel blocks, threads of water and the fine grid of older village lanes where earlier settlements survive. It is a map for people who know the town from the inside, through work, family or years spent living there.

Factory districts
Large rectangular industrial sites occupy much of the town. On the poster they read as broad, simple shapes, set against the finer texture of residential streets.
Ponds and fields
At the edges of the built-up area, rectangular ponds and plots create a patchwork typical of the delta, a geometric pattern that looks striking in black and white.

Miért Nantou?
Egy térkép, ami jelent valamit
Nantou is the kind of place people remember precisely: the road to the factory, the first apartment, the bridge crossed every day. A map of it records a stage of life for workers, engineers and families who spent years here.
The poster can be personalised with a title, a subtitle and the coordinates line, and set in one of five styles, from Classic black & white to Blueprint. A free 900 px preview lets you check the layout, and the HD files are $9.
