Creek-cut shoreline
Dozens of creeks and coves reach into the peninsula from both rivers. Their branching outlines give the poster a delicate, leaf-like edge that rewards close viewing.

Pasadena Map Poster & Print
Pasadena, Maryland, occupies a peninsula in northern Anne Arundel County, between the Patapsco River to the north and the Magothy River to the south. The Chesapeake Bay lies to the east. From above, the land looks frayed, cut by creeks and coves that reach deep inland. Residential streets wind around each inlet, forming small waterside neighbourhoods that are often reached by a single road.
This is a place defined by its shoreline. Almost every edge of the map is water, and the coast folds back on itself again and again. Docks, piers and small marinas make fine marks along its length. At the northeastern tip, Fort Smallwood Park looks out over the mouth of the Patapsco. It has open lawns and views toward the bay.
A Pasadena map poster is intricate. The lace of inlets and the loops of residential streets create a detailed, organic pattern with few straight lines. For people who live on one of these creeks, the map traces the water they know from their own dock. For anyone else, it is a striking picture of how the Chesapeake shapes the land.

Two rivers, one bay
The Patapsco and Magothy rivers frame the peninsula from north and south, and the Chesapeake closes the view to the east. Water surrounds the land on three sides.
Fort Smallwood Park
The park occupies the peninsula's northeastern corner at the mouth of the Patapsco. On the map it reads as open ground at the meeting of river and bay.

Miért Pasadena?
Egy térkép, ami jelent valamit
For boaters, crabbers and families with a house near the water, Pasadena is defined by the creek at the end of the street. A map of the peninsula captures that daily closeness to the bay, and it works well in a lake house, an office or a new home far from Maryland.
You can set the title, add a subtitle such as the name of your creek or a year, and edit the coordinates line. Choose from Classic black & white, Noir, Paper, Blueprint or Sand. Blueprint gives the waterline a nautical-chart feel.
