Sishui Map Poster & Print
Sishui is a county within Jining in southern Shandong, set among low hills to the east of Qufu. The county town lies in a valley, with the Si River running past and a mix of older streets and newer, wider roads spreading out onto the surrounding farmland. Beyond the town, the map breaks up into villages, field patterns and the curving lines of hill roads.
The county takes its name from the Si River, which rises within its borders at a cluster of springs known as Quanlin, the spring forest, long visited and written about. The Si flows west through the country associated with Confucius, and the river appears in classical Chinese texts, which gives this quiet county a deep cultural resonance in the region.
A Sishui map poster works best as a portrait of a town and its landscape together. The river offers a soft, winding line, the town centre provides a compact cluster of streets, and the hills leave open space around it. In black and white the result is quiet and balanced, suited to anyone who values restraint over spectacle.

Compact county town
The town centre forms a small, dense cluster of streets, with wider roads added more recently at its edges as the town expanded outward over farmland.
Rural surroundings
Village clusters and field roads spread around the town, filling the outer frame with a delicate, scattered pattern typical of the central Shandong countryside.
