Suncheon Map Poster & Print
Suncheon lies in South Jeolla Province, near the south coast of the Korean peninsula. The Dongcheon stream runs through the city from north to south, lined with walking paths, before it reaches Suncheon Bay. From above, the urban area forms a compact band along this waterway, with hills to the north and west and flat land opening toward the sea.
Suncheon Bay is one of Korea's best-known wetlands. Its wide reed fields and tidal flats attract migratory birds, including hooded cranes. In 2013 the city hosted an international garden expo, and the grounds became Suncheon Bay National Garden, the first garden in Korea to be designated a national garden. Nearby, Naganeupseong preserves a walled village from the Joseon era.
A Suncheon map poster brings together river, city and coast. The stream draws a clean line through the dense streets. Toward the bay, the pattern loosens into fields, channels and the smooth edges of the tidal flats. In black and white, the transition from city to wetland is especially graceful.

Suncheon Bay
Reed beds and tidal flats spread across the southern part of the map. The soft, curving channels of this protected wetland contrast with the street grid.
National Garden
The large garden grounds created for the 2013 expo show as an open, carefully shaped area at the city's edge, with paths and ponds visible up close.

Miért Suncheon?
Egy térkép, ami jelent valamit
People remember Suncheon for its landscape as much as for its streets, and a map shows both in one frame. It suits a former resident, a birdwatcher or anyone who has walked the boardwalk through the reeds.
You can personalise the title, subtitle and coordinates line, for instance with the date of a visit. Choose Classic black & white, Noir, Paper, Blueprint or Sand, then get six print sizes for $9 or order a matte printed poster.
