Sundergarh Map Poster & Print
Sundergarh is the headquarters of the district of the same name in northwestern Odisha, close to the borders with Chhattisgarh and Jharkhand. The Ib River flows past the town, and on the map its curving channel and sandy banks form the main natural feature. The centre is a compact mix of markets, government buildings and residential lanes, with roads heading out towards Rourkela, Jharsuguda and the surrounding villages.
The district is well known in India as a centre for field hockey. Many players from its villages, often from the local Adivasi communities, have gone on to represent the national team. The wider region has forests, hills and mineral deposits, and Sundergarh town serves as an administrative and market centre within that landscape.
A Sundergarh map poster combines a dense town core with a wide river and open country. The streets gather tightly near the centre, main roads stretch out in several directions, and the Ib gives the frame a strong, flowing curve. The composition is simple and grounded, true to a working district town in the Indian countryside.

Miért Sundergarh?
Egy térkép, ami jelent valamit
Sundergarh means a great deal to its people, including the hockey families whose players went on to wear India's colours. A map of the town and river brings that sense of belonging into a home, wherever the family now lives.
Personalise the title, subtitle and coordinates, and choose Classic black & white, Noir, Paper, Blueprint or Sand. The $9 HD files come in six print sizes as 300 DPI PNG and PDF, or order a printed poster shipped from a partner in over 30 countries.
