Villejuif Map Poster & Print
Villejuif is a commune in Val-de-Marne, immediately south of Paris, set on a plateau between the valleys of the Seine and the Bièvre. Its map is dense and varied, with the historic Route nationale 7 cutting through from north to south, residential streets packed tightly around it, and several large enclosed sites that stand out as open space among the surrounding blocks.
Those sites belong mostly to hospitals and research institutions. Villejuif is home to Gustave Roussy, one of Europe's leading cancer centres, and to the Paul Guiraud psychiatric hospital, both occupying extensive grounds. Metro line 7 serves the commune, with one of its southern branches ending at Villejuif–Louis Aragon, and the town's position on the plateau gives it a sense of looking down toward the capital.
A Villejuif map poster brings these elements together in a composition that is unmistakably Parisian yet distinct from the city itself: the straight spine of the old national road, the fine mesh of suburban streets, and the broad institutional parcels that define the commune. It is a thoughtful image for residents and for the many who have worked or studied here.

Hospital grounds
The large sites of Gustave Roussy and the Paul Guiraud hospital appear as broad open parcels, calm areas in the drawing that set Villejuif apart from neighbouring communes.
Metro line 7 terminus
Villejuif–Louis Aragon, the end of a branch of metro line 7, marks the commune's direct link to central Paris and anchors the southern part of the map.

Miért Villejuif?
Egy térkép, ami jelent valamit
Villejuif means something specific to many people: a home on the plateau, years spent at one of its hospitals or labs, or a daily commute on line 7. A map poster records that connection in a quiet, graphic form suited to any room.
Personalise the title, subtitle and coordinates line, for example with the name of a street or a meaningful date. Choose Classic black & white, Noir, Paper, Blueprint or Sand, and order HD files for $9 or a printed poster with an optional wooden frame.
