Loisach old town
The market street and its houses follow the river's curve in a slender band, a layout that is easy to recognise even when the map is seen from across a room.

Wolfratshausen Map Poster & Print
Wolfratshausen lies about thirty kilometres south of Munich, in the Upper Bavarian foothills. Its historic centre is a long, slim strip. The market street runs parallel to the Loisach, with houses on one side backing onto the river and the steep, forested Bergwald rising behind the other. The town has since spread across the valley floor, but the old linear core still anchors the map.
A little to the north, the Loisach flows into the Isar, and the two rivers have shaped local life for centuries. Wolfratshausen was a centre of timber rafting, with rafts carrying wood and goods downstream to Munich, and raft trips on the Isar still set off nearby in summer. The town is also the southern end of the S7 S-Bahn line.
A Wolfratshausen map poster makes the most of this geography: two rivers converging, a thin historic core pressed against the hillside, and newer districts such as Waldram spreading across the flat land. In monochrome the river channels and the edge of the forest give the composition real depth, even at smaller sizes.

Isar confluence
North of the centre the Loisach joins the Isar. The braided channels, gravel banks and riverside woods there make a striking pattern of lines.
Bergwald slope
The wooded hillside directly behind the old town gives the streets a hard edge. This natural boundary explains why the centre grew long rather than wide.

Miért Wolfratshausen?
Egy térkép, ami jelent valamit
Wolfratshausen is a place people choose on purpose: close enough to Munich for work, and close enough to the mountains and rivers for weekends. A map of the town captures that balance and suits a hallway, a study or a new home in the Isar valley.
You can personalise the title, subtitle and coordinates, adding a family name or the year you moved. Choose Classic black & white, Noir, Paper, Blueprint or Sand. The $9 download includes six sizes, among them 50×70 cm and A2, as 300 DPI PNG and print-ready PDF files.
