Dense town core
The centre is a tight pattern of short streets and closely packed blocks, which prints as a dark, solid shape in the middle of the frame.

Wujing Map Poster & Print
Wujing sits in the interior of Shandong, in a part of the province where the flat country of the north gives way to rolling uplands. From above, the town reads as a dense cluster of short streets and closely built blocks, with a few longer roads carrying traffic out toward neighbouring towns. Beyond the edge, the pattern changes quickly into cultivated plots and scattered villages.
That contrast is what gives a map of the place its character. The built area forms a clear, solid centre, while the countryside around it is drawn in finer lines: lanes following field boundaries, small watercourses and the contour-led roads of the higher ground. Rendered in black and white, the town becomes a crisp mark set against a quieter, textured background.
A Wujing map poster suits anyone with roots in this corner of Shandong, whether they grew up here or have family who still do. The composition is built from real street data, so the proportions of the centre and the spread of the surrounding roads are exactly as they are on the ground, simply stripped of colour and clutter.

Roads to the countryside
A handful of longer routes leave the core in different directions, linking Wujing to nearby towns and giving the composition a clear sense of structure.
Upland field pattern
Around the town, farm lanes and field edges create a fine, irregular texture, shaped in places by the rising ground of inland Shandong.
