Linjiang River
The river winds through the centre in wide loops, with embankments and parks along its banks. On the map it is the main organising curve around which the older town grew.

Yongchuan Map Poster & Print
Yongchuan lies in the west of Chongqing Municipality, in the rolling hill country between the city centre and Sichuan. From above, the urban area is shaped by its terrain: streets follow the valleys, and the Linjiang River loops through the centre in a series of bends. Newer districts with broad avenues and large blocks spread across the flatter ground, while ridges and terraced slopes remain green around the edges.
The district is known for its tea, grown on nearby hills including the Tea Mountain and Bamboo Sea scenic area, and for Yongchuan douchi, a traditional fermented black bean. In recent years it has also grown as an education and technology centre, with a number of colleges and universities.
A Yongchuan map poster shows a city in dialogue with its landscape: the river bends, the older streets packed along them, the new grid spreading outward and the hills that interrupt every straight line. In black and white, the contrast between dense urban blocks and empty ridges is strong and graphic.

New districts
Beyond the old centre, planned areas with wide roads, college campuses and large residential blocks stretch across flatter land, forming a noticeably more regular pattern.
Tea hills
Hills covered with tea gardens and bamboo forest rise near the city. On the poster they appear as open, lightly roaded areas that frame the urban core.

Miért Yongchuan?
Egy térkép, ami jelent valamit
Yongchuan is home to many families in western Chongqing and a place where many students have spent their college years. A map of its river and hills is a personal print that captures a place rarely seen on a wall.
Personalise the title, subtitle and coordinates line, for example with a campus or a graduation year, and choose one of five styles: Classic black & white, Noir, Paper, Blueprint or Sand. Paper gives the river bends a soft, traditional feel.
