Schofield-Wheeler Map Poster & Print
Schofield-Wheeler covers Schofield Barracks and Wheeler Army Airfield on the central plateau of Oahu, the saddle of land between the Waianae Range to the west and the Koolau Range to the east. From above, it is one of the most clearly planned places on the island, with regular housing loops, parade fields and the straight line of the airfield runway.
Both posts have a significant place in American history. Wheeler Field was among the sites attacked on December 7, 1941, and Schofield Barracks, with its large quadrangle buildings, became widely known through the novel From Here to Eternity. Today the area remains an active military community adjacent to the town of Wahiawa.
A Schofield-Wheeler map poster turns that planned layout into a strong graphic. The runway, the rectangular quads and the curving residential streets sit against the open plateau, while gulches and the slopes of the Waianae Range frame the western edge. It is a map with clear structure and a lot of personal meaning for those stationed here.

Barracks quadrangles
The historic quads of Schofield Barracks form repeated rectangular courtyards, a distinctive pattern that stands out clearly in black and white.
Between two ranges
The posts sit on the central saddle of Oahu, with the Waianae Range rising to the west and the land sloping toward the Koolau side in the east.

Ինչու՝ Schofield-Wheeler
Քարտեզ, որն ինչ-որ բան է նշանակում
Many service members and their families spend formative years at Schofield Barracks or Wheeler. A map of the post marks that time precisely: the housing area, the quads, the airfield. It makes a meaningful gift at the end of a posting or on retirement.
The title, subtitle and coordinates can be personalised with a unit, a name or the years of service, and the design comes in five styles: Classic black & white, Noir, Paper, Blueprint and Sand. Choose $9 HD files or a printed poster with an optional wooden frame.
