Central square
The historic centre follows the Spanish colonial pattern of a plaza with the church facing it. Straight blocks radiate out from there for a short distance before the grid loosens.

Apopa Map Poster & Print
Apopa lies just north of San Salvador and is part of the capital's metropolitan area. On a map it is a closely built town with a traditional centre around its main square and church, and newer residential districts spreading out along the roads that lead toward the capital and further north.
The terrain shapes much of the layout. Streams and ravines cut through the surrounding land, so neighbourhoods tend to spread along ridges and flatter ground, separated by narrow green gaps. To the southwest the San Salvador volcano rises over the valley, one reason the landscape around the city is so uneven.
An Apopa map poster shows that mix of order and topography: a recognisable colonial-style centre, dense housing blocks, and roads that curve to avoid the gullies. It's a map of a working town on the edge of a capital, drawn cleanly and without decoration.

Ravines and ridges
Streams and ravines cut through the area, and the green strips between neighbourhoods show where the ground falls away. They break the street pattern into distinct districts.
Road to the capital
The main road south connects Apopa directly to San Salvador. On the map it is a strong line tying the town into the wider metropolitan network.

Apopaを選ぶ理由
想いが詰まった地図
Apopa is where many Salvadoran families have roots, including many who now live abroad. A street map of the town is a quiet way to keep that connection on the wall, a place you can point to and trace with a finger.
Personalise the title, subtitle and coordinates line with a family name or an important date. Pick the look that suits your room: Classic black & white, Noir, Paper, Blueprint or Sand.
