Apostolove Map Poster & Print
Apostolove sits in the open steppe of Dnipropetrovsk Oblast in southern Ukraine, and from above it reads as a clear, contained shape. A few main roads cross the town, residential blocks and private houses fill the spaces between them, and the built area ends abruptly where large rectangular fields begin. There is little clutter on the map, which makes the structure of the place easy to follow.
The railway is the strongest line in the composition. It cuts through the settlement and gives the town its orientation, with streets and yards arranged along it and roads leaving toward neighbouring towns across the plain. Because the terrain is so flat, the network stays regular, and the gaps between buildings, gardens and tree belts show up as quiet texture rather than noise.
