Bouskoura lies just south of Casablanca, between the metropolis and the road to Mohammed V airport. On a map it combines several quite different textures. There are older residential streets, curving roads through new planned districts, golf courses with their soft outlines, and above all the large forest that gives the town its identity.
The Bouskoura forest, planted largely with eucalyptus, is one of the main green spaces for the Casablanca area. On the poster it shows up as a broad, calm area crossed by a few paths. Around it, housing developments and main roads fill in the edges, and the city's southern expansion keeps pushing closer.
