Chopinzinho Map Poster & Print
Chopinzinho lies in southwestern Paraná, on the rolling uplands that stretch across southern Brazil. Its name comes from the Chopim river, which runs through the region, and the landscape around the town is made up of farmland, patches of forest and streams following deep, curving valleys.
The town has an orderly core of straight streets and rectangular blocks, the usual layout of towns founded during the settlement of Paraná's interior. The grid meets the terrain at its edges, where streets end at slopes and valleys, and rural roads continue outward over the hills.
A Chopinzinho map poster sets a regular grid against an irregular natural landscape. The straight lines of the town contrast with the winding rivers and the curving field boundaries around them, giving the print a clear centre and a soft, organic edge.

River valleys
Streams wind through the surrounding countryside in the Chopim river basin. They add curving lines that break up the rolling farmland.
Plateau farmland
Fields cover the uplands around the town in large irregular plots, separated by roads and patches of woodland. The effect is a calm, textured frame.
