Dzodze is a town in the Volta Region of south-eastern Ghana, close to the border with Togo. On the map it appears as a settlement of irregular streets and compounds, with main roads leading out in several directions toward neighbouring towns and the coastal district to the south.
The town serves as an administrative and trading centre for the surrounding area, which is largely agricultural. Its streets follow the land rather than a planned grid, so the layout has an organic character, with denser blocks near the centre loosening into scattered houses and farm plots further out.
