Ekondo Titi lies in the Ndian area of Cameroon's South-West Region, in low-lying country toward the Gulf of Guinea. From above the town is a loose settlement strung along its roads, with houses and compounds spread among farmland, oil-palm plantations and forest. The road network is sparse, so each route carries a lot of weight on the map.
The surrounding region is wet and green, with creeks and mangrove areas closer to the coast. Farming and plantations shape daily life. Ekondo Titi also acts as a local hub for nearby villages, and its roads connect people in the Ndian division with the wider South-West Region.
