Fords is a community within Woodbridge Township in Middlesex County, New Jersey, a short distance from the Raritan River and Perth Amboy. On a map it reads as dense suburban fabric. Short residential streets run in tight parallel rows, broken up by the long sweeping lines of major highways and their interchanges. Together they make a busy, detailed pattern.
