Grarem, often called Grarem Gouga, is a town in Mila Province in northeastern Algeria. It sits in hilly terrain, and the map reflects that: streets follow ridges and slopes, blocks are irregular, and the built-up area spreads in lobes rather than as a single neat shape.
The wider area is known for water. The Beni Haroun dam, the largest reservoir in Algeria, lies in the same province, and the valleys around Grarem belong to that river system.
