Guemar Map Poster & Print
Guemar is in El Oued province, in the Souf region of north-eastern Algeria, a landscape of sand dunes and oases. On a map, the town is a compact cluster of streets surrounded by open sand. Around it, small circular hollows hold date palm groves, which were traditionally planted below the dune level to reach the groundwater.
These sunken gardens, known as ghouts, create a distinctive dotted pattern around the town. The streets in the centre are close together and run in short, irregular sections. Wider roads lead out across the desert toward El Oued and other towns of the Souf.
Guemar is also the site of the airport serving El Oued. A Guemar map poster is a strong choice for anyone drawn to desert geography: a dense town, rings of palm hollows and wide open sand, all shown in precise black-and-white detail.

Guemarを選ぶ理由
想いが詰まった地図
A map of Guemar suits people from the Souf, and anyone who finds beauty in how a desert town is arranged. The contrast between dense streets and open sand makes the print especially striking in the Sand and Noir styles.
