Igbeti is a town in the northern part of Oyo State in southwestern Nigeria, close to the savanna country around Old Oyo National Park. It's known for the rocky hills that rise around it, and the area has deposits of marble that have been quarried. The landscape here is more rugged than much of the surrounding plain.
The hills give Igbeti's map its character. Streets thread between and around outcrops instead of running straight, and the town's footprint wraps around the higher ground.
