Canal line
A straight irrigation canal crosses the area. It is a clear, calm line against the denser, more irregular neighbourhoods on either side.

Jaitpur Map Poster & Print
Jaitpur lies at the southern edge of the Delhi metropolitan area, near the border between Delhi and Haryana and not far from the Yamuna River. It grew quickly as the city spread outward, and its map looks like it: a dense, irregular grid of narrow lanes, packed with homes, shops and small workshops.
A canal runs through this part of the region, and its long straight line is one of the few fixed features in a landscape shaped by rapid growth. Past it lie the Yamuna floodplain and the larger roads that connect the area to Faridabad and southern Delhi. The streets change direction often, following old field boundaries.
Places like Jaitpur make up much of the real fabric of the Indian capital region, even though they rarely appear on postcards. A Jaitpur map poster records this kind of urban growth, in which an old village grew into a crowded neighbourhood in the space of a few decades.

Dense lanes
Narrow streets branch and change direction constantly. Together they make an intricate, almost textile-like pattern at poster scale.
Yamuna floodplain
To the east, the built-up area gives way to the open floodplain of the river. The map loosens there and becomes quieter.
