Kosrae Map Poster & Print
Kosrae is the easternmost state of the Federated States of Micronesia and consists of a single high volcanic island. From above it is roughly round. A steep, forested interior rises to central peaks, and a band of mangroves and reef follows most of the coast. Seen from the sea, the ridgeline is often compared to a sleeping woman lying on her back.
Settlement lies almost entirely on the narrow coastal plain. A road follows much of the shore and links the villages, while the mountainous centre stays blank on the map. On the eastern side, the small island of Lelu sits in a sheltered harbour and is joined to the main island by a causeway.
Lelu holds the ruins of a walled city built from stacked basalt, the seat of a powerful chiefdom centuries ago. A Kosrae map poster shows the island's simple arrangement: a green mountain core ringed by coast, reef and a single road.

Lelu harbour
A small islet sits within a harbour on the east coast. It is linked by a causeway and contains the island's ancient basalt ruins.
Mangrove edges
Broad mangrove areas line parts of the coast and soften the boundary between land and reef on the map.

Kosraeを選ぶ理由
想いが詰まった地図
Kosrae is little visited, so a map of it tends to mean something specific: a family connection, a posting or a dive trip remembered for years. Its rounded shape sits comfortably in a frame.
Set the title, subtitle and coordinates line to your own words, such as a village name or a date. Choose one of five styles: Classic black & white, Noir, Paper, Blueprint or Sand.
