La Lima Map Poster & Print
La Lima lies on the wide, flat floor of the Sula Valley in northern Honduras, just east of San Pedro Sula. From above, it is a mix of patterns. There are older residential blocks, planned company-era districts with regular streets, and newer neighbourhoods. The Chamelecón River curves nearby, and fields and plantations stretch toward the valley edges.
The town grew in the twentieth century as a base for the banana industry. For decades it hosted the regional operations of a major US fruit company, and some of its planned housing and grounds date from that time. The international airport serving San Pedro Sula lies close by.
A La Lima map poster shows how an agricultural company town grew into a suburb of a larger city. Straight streets, a river bend and wide agricultural plots give the composition a clear, readable structure.

Company-era districts
Planned neighbourhoods from the banana-industry period show orderly streets and generous plots. They stand apart from the denser, more informal areas nearby.
Sula Valley fields
Large agricultural plots stretch around the town across the valley floor. They add broad, simple shapes to the edges of the print.

La Limaを選ぶ理由
想いが詰まった地図
La Lima has long ties to Honduran families and to workers from the banana industry, and a map of the town records that shared story. It suits someone who grew up there or has moved abroad from the Sula Valley.
You can personalise the title, subtitle and coordinates line, in Spanish or English. Then pick from five styles: Classic black & white, Noir, Paper, Blueprint or Sand.
