Magu Map Poster & Print
Magu lies in the Mwanza Region of northern Tanzania, east of the city of Mwanza and close to the Speke Gulf, the south-eastern arm of Lake Victoria. The town sits on the main road heading east from Mwanza, and its streets gather along and around that route.
The land here is broad and gently rolling, dotted with granite outcrops and farmland that runs down toward the lake. On the map, the town appears as a moderate cluster of streets, with rural roads branching into the surrounding countryside and the water of the gulf never far away.
A Magu map poster captures a town shaped by its road and its proximity to the lake. The main route gives the composition a strong axis, the street grid fills in around it, and the open land and water provide calm space in the frame.

The Speke Gulf lies to the north, and framing the map more widely brings its shoreline into view as a broad, smooth edge.
Rural roads
Thin tracks lead out from the town into the farmland, gradually thinning into the open countryside around it.
