Looping streets
Residential streets curve and close into loops and cul-de-sacs, giving the map an organic, flowing pattern very different from a traditional grid.

Oakleaf Plantation Map Poster & Print
Oakleaf Plantation is a community in northern Clay County, Florida, southwest of Jacksonville. It was developed from the early 2000s as a master-planned suburb, and its map shows it clearly: curving collector roads, looping residential streets, cul-de-sacs and many small ponds set among patches of pine woodland.
Unlike older towns with a main street and grid, Oakleaf is organised around neighbourhoods, schools and shopping centres placed along the main roads. Stormwater ponds, typical of Florida developments, appear as scattered shapes of water between the streets.
An Oakleaf Plantation map poster makes a surprisingly graphic image. The winding roads and closed loops form patterns almost like a drawing, and the ponds and woods add contrast. It is a map of a recent place, drawn for the people who have made it home.

Retention ponds
Numerous stormwater ponds are scattered between the neighbourhoods, their irregular shapes adding pale areas of water across the poster.
Pine woodland
Stretches of pine flatwoods remain between and around the developments, framing the suburb with open space at its edges.

Oakleaf Plantationを選ぶ理由
想いが詰まった地図
Oakleaf Plantation is a natural choice for families who bought their first home here, for a housewarming gift, or for anyone who likes the abstract patterns of planned suburbs seen from above.
Add a title, a subtitle such as your street or moving-in year, and edit the coordinates line. Classic black and white brings out the looping roads, while Sand gives the design a lighter, softer feel.
