Potrerillos Map Poster & Print
Potrerillos is a town in the Cortés Department of Honduras, south of San Pedro Sula. It lies on the lowland valley that runs through this part of the country. The town grew along the main highway, and its streets branch off that route on both sides into a loose grid.
Around the town, the valley floor is flat and farmed. Straight access roads cut through plantations and pastures, and hills rise toward the edges of the plain. A Potrerillos map poster shows this change of scale, from the busy strip along the road to the wide farmland beyond.
As in many towns built along a highway, the main road organises everything else. Shops, houses and side streets cluster close to it. On paper, the road forms a strong line through the town, with smaller streets branching off it.

Flat farmland spreads out from the town, divided by straight tracks. The pattern is regular and open compared with the town centre.
Hill edges
Hills rise at the sides of the valley and roads become sparser there. This gives the map a natural frame around the flat centre.
