Seeb Map Poster
Seeb is a wilayat of Muscat Governorate that stretches along the coast of the Gulf of Oman west of the capital’s older districts. On the map it forms a long band parallel to the shore: a sandy beach on one side, a major highway running further inland, and the rising ground of the Hajar foothills beyond.
Between these lines the area fills with residential districts laid out in blocks, gardens and date palm plots, many arranged along straight roads that run from the highway down toward the sea. Broad wadis cross the plain from the mountains, visible as wide, mostly dry channels that break the street pattern at intervals.
Muscat International Airport, which long carried the name Seeb International, lies within the wilayat, and the area has grown quickly with new housing and commercial districts. The older town near the coast is known for its traditional souq. A Seeb map poster follows the shoreline, the wadis and the planned neighbourhoods laid out between them.
