Plateau setting
The town sits on the Fouta Djallon highlands, and the roads around it bend to follow ridges and valleys rather than running in straight lines.

Tougué Map Poster & Print
Tougué is the seat of a prefecture in the Labé Region of Guinea, located on the Fouta Djallon plateau. This upland area is known for its tablelands and river valleys, and several of West Africa's major rivers have their sources in the wider Fouta Djallon highlands.
The town itself is small. From above, it forms a modest cluster of streets and compounds around a centre, with roads leading out towards surrounding villages and the regional capital. Streams and valleys cut across the land around it, shaping where routes can run.
A Tougué map poster keeps this sparse structure intact. The town's lines are few and clear, and much of the sheet is taken up by the open country around them, which makes the composition light and uncluttered.

Roads outward
A few main routes leave town towards neighbouring settlements, drawing long lines across the otherwise open highland landscape.
