Tovar Map Poster & Print
Tovar lies in the Venezuelan state of Mérida, in the valley of the Mocotíes River, on the western side of the Andes. The valley is narrow and the slopes are steep, so the town extends along the valley floor. On a map, its streets form a long band that follows the river.
The centre has the grid typical of Andean towns, with a main square and blocks that shift where the ground slopes. Beyond it, roads climb in switchbacks up the hillsides, and small settlements and farms are scattered across the slopes. The contrast between the flat valley floor and the steep hills gives the map a strong, directional shape.
The Mocotíes valley has long been an agricultural area, with coffee and other crops grown on the slopes. A Tovar map poster captures a town shaped by its mountains: a river, a narrow valley and a street grid adjusted to the terrain.

Valley grid
The central blocks form an orderly grid on the flat ground by the river, gradually becoming less regular as the land rises.
Switchback roads
Roads zigzag up the steep slopes to farms and small settlements, adding fine, winding lines to the edges of the print.

Tovarを選ぶ理由
想いが詰まった地図
For Tovar families living in Mérida, Caracas or abroad, this map keeps the shape of the valley and the town close. Its long, narrow composition works especially well in portrait formats.
Personalise the title and subtitle with a name, a date or a short dedication, and set the coordinates line. Choose Classic black & white, Noir, Paper, Blueprint or Sand. Start with a free 900 px preview, then choose the $9 files or a printed poster.
