Virei Map Poster & Print
Virei lies in the interior of Namibe Province in south-western Angola, away from the coast, in dry, sparsely populated country. On the map, the settlement is small, with a few streets around its centre and long roads leading out across wide, open land.
The region is arid and mostly used for livestock herding, and settlements are few and far apart. That emptiness is the most striking thing about the map: a small cluster of streets surrounded by open ground, with only occasional tracks and roads connecting it to the wider province.
A Virei map poster is spare and strong. The thin lines of the roads and the small built-up centre sit in a large open frame, which gives the design a quiet, almost abstract quality. It suits anyone who appreciates minimal, uncluttered wall art.

Open dry land
Wide areas of semi-desert surround the settlement, leaving large empty spaces that give the poster its spare look.
