Bayou edges
Narrow bayous and inlets reach into the area from the south, creating winding shorelines that soften the otherwise regular suburban street pattern.

Wright Map Poster & Print
Wright is a community in Okaloosa County in the Florida Panhandle, just north of Fort Walton Beach. On the map it forms part of a wider built-up area along the coast, where neighbourhoods meet the inlets and bayous that reach in from the bay.
The street pattern is mostly suburban: grids of short residential roads, some longer arterial routes, and curving streets that follow the edges of the water. Wooded areas and small creeks break up the grid, and the shapes of the bayous give the map soft, irregular outlines.
The area is closely linked to the nearby Air Force installations, and many residents have ties to military life. A Wright map poster gives shape to a place that many people call home for a few years or for decades, showing the neighbourhoods, water and green spaces that frame everyday life.

Suburban grid
Residential streets form tidy blocks and cul-de-sacs, a repeating pattern that fills most of the map and gives it a calm, even texture.
Wooded corridors
Pine woods and green strips remain between neighbourhoods, leaving pale gaps on the map that separate one residential cluster from the next.
