Compact town centre
The urban core is a tight cluster of short blocks and crossing streets. It reads as one clear shape against the open land, with no sprawling suburbs to blur its outline.

Jaguaretama Map Poster & Print
Jaguaretama is a small town in the interior of Ceará, in north-eastern Brazil, home to around eighteen thousand people across the town and its surrounding rural district. From above, the urban area looks compact. A modest cluster of streets sits in a wide landscape where rural roads and dirt tracks spread out toward farms and smaller settlements. The contrast between the dense centre and the empty ground around it gives the map a clear, quiet structure.
The name is usually traced to Tupi and read as land of the jaguar, a reminder of the animals that once lived in this part of the sertão. The town lies in the semi-arid backcountry of Ceará, in the wider basin of the Jaguaribe River. Here water shapes both daily life and the map. Seasonal watercourses and man-made reservoirs appear as thin lines and irregular pools, and they fill or shrink depending on the rains.
A Jaguaretama map poster reduces all of this to line and space. Short blocks and a few longer through-roads make up the town, and the edges thin out quickly into open country. The result is sparse and legible, closer to a drawing than a dense city plan. It suits anyone who knows the place well and wants something that looks like home without spelling it out in detail.

Roads into the sertão
A few main roads and many rural tracks leave town and spread across the dry interior. On the poster they become fine lines linking Jaguaretama to farms, villages and neighbouring municipalities.
Water in a dry land
Seasonal streams and reservoirs, part of the wider Jaguaribe basin, show up as delicate lines and irregular shapes. They are a reminder of how much water matters in Ceará's semi-arid backcountry.

რუკა, რომელსაც მნიშვნელობა აქვს
For people who grew up in Jaguaretama or have family in the sertão, this map is a quiet reminder of home. It is plain and recognisable, and it is personal in a way a photograph rarely is. It works just as well in a flat in Fortaleza or São Paulo as it does abroad.
You can personalise the title, subtitle and coordinates line to mark a birthplace, a family name or an important date. Choose from five styles: Classic black & white, Noir, Paper, Blueprint or Sand. The poster comes as a $9 digital HD download or as a printed poster, with an optional wooden frame.
