지도 소개
Caterham Map Poster & Print
Caterham falls into two parts, and a map shows it clearly. Caterham Valley lies along the floor of a dry chalk valley, following the railway and the main road. Caterham-on-the-Hill spreads across the plateau above, with a looser grid of residential streets. Steep roads and footpaths link the two, curving across the contours. Woodland and open downland press in on several sides.
The town grew after the railway from Purley arrived in the nineteenth century, and the line still ends here, so the tracks stop in the valley. The M25 runs just to the south along the foot of the Downs. Caterham also gave its name to Caterham Cars, maker of the lightweight Seven sports car, which started out in the town.
A Caterham map poster holds this vertical split within a single frame. The valley streets are drawn in long, parallel lines, while the hilltop area forms a denser pattern of closes and crescents. Green spaces and common land break up the linework, giving the poster room to breathe in any style.

Hill and valley
Steep connecting roads curve between Caterham Valley and Caterham-on-the-Hill. They trace the chalk slope and give the map its sense of height.
Downland edges
Woods, commons and North Downs slopes surround the built-up area, so the poster's edges show open, gently textured space rather than continuous suburb.

왜 Caterham인가
의미가 담긴 지도
Caterham suits a map because of its two levels: the station walk, the climb up the hill, the Downs at the end of the road. It's a natural choice for a first home, a family house or a gift for someone who has moved away.
Add your own title, a subtitle such as a street name, and a date in the coordinates line. Choose among five styles. The digital pack costs $9 and includes six print sizes as 300 DPI PNG and print-ready PDF files.
