Valley layout
The town follows the valley floor instead of spreading evenly in every direction. This gives the map a strong long axis and a narrow width.

Aleksandrovsk Map Poster & Print
Aleksandrovsk lies in the east of Perm Krai, where the plains begin to rise toward the Ural Mountains. Like many towns in this region, it grew around an ironworks, and the map still shows it. The settlement stretches along a valley, and the old industrial area and the housing that served it sit close together.
The layout reflects two periods. Low wooden houses on long plots make up much of the older town. Later Soviet housing brought blocks of flats with wider spacing and larger yards between them. Railway lines and industrial ground add longer, straighter strokes to an otherwise loose pattern.
An Aleksandrovsk map poster shows a town that belongs to its setting. The streets thin out into forest at the edges, and the valley gives the whole plan a clear direction. For anyone who knows the Urals, this shape will be familiar: a working settlement fitted into the hills.

Works and rail
The industrial ground and railway lines that shaped the town appear as long, straight strokes and larger open parcels, different from the smaller residential blocks.
Forest edge
Past the last streets, the land turns to the taiga and hills of the western Urals. On the poster this is broad empty space, and the town seems to float in it.

Firwat Aleksandrovsk
Eng Kaart, déi eppes bedeit
Many people have left Urals industrial towns for larger cities while keeping a strong attachment to them. A map of Aleksandrovsk is a plain, honest reminder of home. It shows the valley, the works and the streets exactly as they are.
You can personalise the title, subtitle and coordinates, so you can add the town's name in your own wording or mark a family year. Classic black & white, Noir, Paper, Blueprint and Sand each suit the plan in a different way.
