Railway line
The Ionian railway runs through the town, and the station that gave the place its name remains the anchor of the street layout.

Corigliano Scalo Map Poster & Print
Corigliano Scalo grew up around the railway station serving Corigliano Calabro, which is where the word scalo, meaning station or stop, comes from. While the historic town sits on a hill inland, the scalo developed on the flat coastal plain below, and its map looks entirely different: straight roads, regular blocks and a clear line of tracks.
Since 2018 the area has been part of the merged municipality of Corigliano-Rossano, one of the largest in Calabria. The plain around it belongs to the wider Sibaritide, an agricultural area of citrus and olive groves opening onto the Gulf of Taranto.
A Corigliano Scalo map poster captures this modern, practical layout. The railway runs through the composition as a firm straight line, the streets form an orderly pattern, and the countryside and coast frame it on the edges. It is a good choice for anyone connected to the lowland town rather than the hilltop centre.

Regular street grid
Built on flat land, the town has straighter roads and more regular blocks than the hill towns of Calabria, giving the map a clear structure.
Plain and coast
Orchards and fields spread towards the Ionian Sea, so the edges of the poster fill with long farm roads and the open shoreline.

Eng Kaart, déi eppes bedeit
Corigliano Scalo is where many local lives actually happen: school, work, the station, the evening walk. A poster of it is a personal record of the everyday town rather than the tourist view from the hill.
Personalise the title, subtitle, date and coordinates line, and choose Classic black & white, Noir, Paper, Blueprint or Sand. Blueprint suits the precise grid and railway lines especially well.
