D'Kaart
Takarazuka lies where the Mukogawa River emerges from a gorge and spreads onto the plain of the Osaka–Kobe corridor. On a map the river is the central gesture, curving through the middle of the city with bridges strung across it. Dense residential streets fill the flatter southern districts, while to the north and west the roads thin out and begin to twist up into wooded hills.
The city is known across Japan for the Takarazuka Revue, the all-female musical theatre company founded in the 1910s by the railway company that became Hankyu, which still performs in its own Grand Theatre near the river. Takarazuka was also the childhood home of manga artist Osamu Tezuka, and a museum dedicated to his work stands a short walk from the theatre.
A Takarazuka map poster captures the shift from town to hillside in a single frame: the steady pattern of suburban blocks, rail lines converging on the station, the river winding through, and then the contour-like loops of mountain roads. In black and white the transition reads almost like a drawing of a landscape rather than a plan of a city.
The river cuts through the centre in a broad curve, with several bridges linking the two banks. It is the line the eye follows first, and it anchors the whole composition.
Along the river near the Hankyu terminus, the Grand Theatre and the Tezuka museum sit on a short promenade, a small cluster of streets closely tied to the city's identity.
North and west of the centre, the street network gives way to winding roads and open space as the land climbs, leaving large quiet areas that give the map room to breathe.

Firwat Takarazuka
Takarazuka means something particular to theatre lovers and to the many families who commute from its hillside neighbourhoods into Osaka and Kobe. A map of it can mark a first performance, a childhood home or a move to Hyōgo, and its mix of river and hills sits well on a wall.
Personalise the title, subtitle and coordinates, then pick one of five styles; Noir turns the river and hills into pale lines on black, while Paper gives a warmer, printed-book tone. Digital files come in six sizes as 300 DPI PNG and print-ready PDF.
