Pèrèrè is a town and commune in the Borgou department of north-eastern Benin, close to the border with Nigeria. The surrounding country is open savanna and farmland, with scattered trees, fields and small villages linked by unpaved roads.

A central area where the main roads meet holds the market and public buildings, and around it houses and compounds are spread out with plenty of space between them.
