Rifu Map Poster & Print
Rifu lies in Miyagi Prefecture, between Sendai and the harbour town of Shiogama. Its ground is hilly, and the map shows planned residential estates laid across the ridges, with curving streets and neat plots, separated by strips of woodland and farmland. Main roads and railway lines run through the valleys, tying the town to the city.
Rifu is home to Miyagi Stadium, a large sports venue that hosted matches during the 2002 FIFA World Cup and appears on the map as a bold oval set in open grounds. The town has long served as a residential base for people working in Sendai, and much of its layout dates from that period of growth.
A Rifu map poster captures a suburban landscape shaped by hills. The looping estate roads, the wooded gaps between them and the stadium's clean shape make an ordered but lively composition. It suits residents, football fans with memories of the stadium and anyone with ties to the Sendai area.
