Tharu Shah Map Poster & Print
Tharu Shah is in Naushahro Feroze district in Sindh, on the level alluvial plain of the Indus. From above, the town forms a compact cluster of narrow streets and closely built houses, with a few wider roads carrying traffic through and out towards neighbouring towns.
The land around it is heavily farmed and watered by the canal system that makes agriculture possible in this part of Sindh. On a map, canals and distributaries draw long, straight or slightly curving lines across the fields, and the town sits among them as a dense island of streets in a wide, geometric landscape.
A Tharu Shah map poster brings out that contrast: the crowded, irregular streets of the town against the long, calm lines of the irrigated countryside. It is a quiet, precise image of a small town on the Indus plain.
