Paraná Delta channels
North of the town, hundreds of waterways divide the land into islands. In print they form a dense, branching network that fills much of the poster.

Tigre Map Poster & Print
Tigre lies at the northern edge of Greater Buenos Aires, where the mainland meets the Paraná Delta. The map divides clearly in two. To the south, there is a regular grid of streets and avenues. To the north, a maze of rivers, streams and wooded islands, most of them reachable only by boat.
The town grew as a weekend retreat for Buenos Aires, and its riverfront is lined with rowing clubs. The Tigre Club, a grand former casino, now houses an art museum. The Puerto de Frutos market sits by the water, and passenger launches leave from the river station to reach the island homes of the delta.
A Tigre map poster is rare in that the water, not the streets, forms the main pattern. Channels branch and rejoin in a way that looks almost botanical, and the solid city grid at the bottom of the frame anchors it. It is one of the more striking river maps in South America.

Luján and Tigre rivers
Two rivers meet at the town's waterfront, where rowing clubs, docks and the river station line the banks. This meeting point is where the city meets the delta.
Mainland grid
South of the rivers, Tigre and its neighbouring suburbs follow the typical Argentine block pattern. It gives the map a firm geometric base below the loose water shapes.

ແຜນທີ່ທີ່ມີຄວາມໝາຍ
Tigre is where many Porteños spend weekends, row or keep a small house on an island, so the map carries a sense of rest and escape. It also works simply as a graphic piece, with rivers branching like the lines of a leaf.
Personalise the title, subtitle and coordinates line and choose Classic black & white, Noir, Paper, Blueprint or Sand. Buy the HD files for $9, or order a printed poster on matte paper with an optional wooden frame.
