Seafront railway
The coastal rail line follows the beach for the full length of the town. It draws one of the strongest straight lines on the map and separates the shore from the streets behind it.

Pineda de Mar Map Poster & Print
Pineda de Mar sits on the Maresme coast north of Barcelona, where a long, straight shoreline shapes the rest of the map. The coastal railway runs beside the beach and draws a firm line between the sand and the town. Behind it the streets unfold in rows that tilt gently uphill. From above, the place reads as a band of dense blocks stretched along the water.
Further inland the pattern loosens. Streets begin to follow the ground, bending around small valleys and dry streambeds that drain toward the sea, and the built area thins into scattered houses and green slopes. The older core lies a little back from the shore. Many Maresme towns first grew away from the beach and only later reached down to it.
A Pineda de Mar map poster captures that contrast in a single frame: the hard, clean edge of the Mediterranean on one side and the softer, contour-led lines of the hills on the other. For people who spent their summers here, it is a way to see the whole seafront at once, from one neighbouring town to the next.

Long sandy shore
An unbroken strip of beach forms the seaward edge of the poster, a smooth line that contrasts with the dense, rectangular blocks of apartments and hotels just inland.
Hills behind town
Inland of the centre the ground rises into wooded hills. The street pattern follows with winding lanes and dead ends that fade gradually into open green space.

Kāpēc Pineda de Mar
Karte ar nozīmi
This is a map for anyone who has walked the seafront at dusk or taken the train along the coast and watched the town slide past. It keeps the shape of a Mediterranean holiday without postcard imagery, and it suits a hallway, a studio or a kitchen wall.
You can set your own title, add a subtitle such as a year or a family name, and adjust the coordinates line. Choose Classic black & white, Noir, Paper, Blueprint or Sand, then download the HD files for $9 or order a printed poster with an optional wooden frame.
