Bandar Labuan is the main town of Labuan, a small island off the north-west coast of Borneo that is administered as a Malaysian federal territory. On a map, the town gathers along the island's southern shore, and its streets face a natural harbour that opens to Brunei Bay. The coastline is the dominant line.
