Cornellà de Llobregat Map Poster & Print
Cornellà de Llobregat is part of the metropolitan area of Barcelona, lying on the left bank of the Llobregat River just beyond the city boundary. Its map is densely built: compact residential blocks, a network of busy streets and several rail and metro lines, all bordered on the west by the river's straightened channel and by major road corridors.
Much of the city grew rapidly in the 1960s and 1970s, when workers from across Spain arrived for jobs in local industry. Today it is home to the stadium of RCD Espanyol, and its centre keeps a small historic core around the old church and the Castell de Cornellà. Parks and sports grounds break up the dense fabric of housing.
A Cornellà de Llobregat map poster shows how much city fits into a small area, with the river and transport lines as its clear edges. It suits residents, Espanyol supporters, and people who grew up in the Baix Llobregat and want to see their neighbourhood drawn with the same care as central Barcelona.

The football stadium stands on the edge of the city, its large oval footprint clearly visible among the surrounding roads and open ground.
Dense housing blocks
Tightly packed residential blocks from the postwar decades fill most of the city, producing a dark, finely detailed texture on a black-and-white print.
