Baildon Moor
The moor spreads north of the town as a large open area, marked only by thin lanes and paths, and it gives the map a calm, spacious upper half.

Baildon Map Poster & Print
Baildon stands on high ground in West Yorkshire, north of Shipley and above the valley of the River Aire. On a map the town is a cluster of winding streets that follow the slope, with rows of houses stepping up the hillside. To the north the street pattern ends abruptly at Baildon Moor, a broad open area crossed only by a few lanes and footpaths.
Across the river lies Saltaire, the model village built for mill workers and now a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and the two places share the same stretch of valley. Baildon Moor itself is known for prehistoric carved rocks with cup-and-ring marks, one of several such sites on the Yorkshire moors.
A Baildon map poster is about contrast. The dense, curling residential streets sit between two very different edges: the river, canal and railway lines along the valley floor, and the empty upland of the moor. It is a strongly local picture of a Pennine town, where the landscape still shapes every road.

Aire valley corridor
Below the town, the River Aire, the Leeds and Liverpool Canal and the railway run side by side, a bundle of parallel lines that frames the southern edge.
Hillside streets
Roads in the town curve along the contours rather than following a grid, creating loops and bends that reveal how steep the ground is beneath them.

အဓိပ္ပာယ်ရှိသော မြေပုံ
For anyone who has walked up from Saltaire to the moor, the map brings back the climb and the view. It also suits Yorkshire expats who want a reminder of home that feels considered rather than souvenir-like.
The title, subtitle and coordinates line can all be changed, so you might add a house name or the year you moved. Choose Classic black & white, Noir, Paper, Blueprint or Sand to suit the room.
