Agout riverfront
The Agout flows through the centre, with old houses built right to the water's edge. On the map, the river is the main line that everything else relates to.

Castres Map Poster & Print
Castres lies in the Tarn department of Occitanie, where the Agout river flows through the town between the Montagne Noire and the plains around Toulouse. From above, the river runs through the centre, with the old town clustered on its banks and bridges connecting both sides. Beyond, the town spreads out in more open streets.
The best-known view in Castres is the row of old houses built right over the Agout, once used by tanners, dyers and weavers. Near the river, the former bishop's palace houses the Goya Museum, and its formal garden was designed after André Le Nôtre. The socialist leader Jean Jaurès was born in Castres in 1859.
A Castres map poster shows the town's historic compact core, the flowing line of the river, and the formal geometry of the Jardin de l'Évêché. The garden's clipped patterns contrast with the winding medieval streets around it, which gives the map an unexpected sense of balance.

Bishop's garden
The formal Jardin de l'Évêché next to the Goya Museum appears as a small, symmetrical pattern among irregular streets, an easy detail to find on the print.
Bridges and banks
Several bridges connect the two sides of town, tying the old centre to the districts across the river in a clear, readable pattern.

အဓိပ္ပာယ်ရှိသော မြေပုံ
Castres is a good fit for people who like towns where you can see the river, the gardens and the old centre in a single frame. It also works as a keepsake for anyone who has lived near the Agout or visited the Goya Museum.
Personalise the title, subtitle and coordinates line, perhaps with a date or a family name, and choose from five styles: Classic black and white, Noir, Paper, Blueprint or Sand. Paper keeps the riverside streets gentle.
