Road through town
The highway is the strongest line on the sheet, entering the valley on one side and leaving on the other, with the town arranged along its length like beads on a thread.

Cucuyagua Map Poster & Print
Cucuyagua sits in the highlands of Copán Department in western Honduras, a compact town whose streets gather where the land flattens enough to build on. From above the pattern is simple: a main road carrying traffic through, a short run of blocks on either side of it, and then the terrain taking over, with farm tracks and stream lines climbing into the surrounding hills.
This is coffee country, and the map shows it indirectly. Beyond the edge of town the road network thins into winding lanes that follow ridges and valleys rather than any plan, the kind of layout that comes from paths worn over generations between fields, farms and neighbouring villages. Printed in monochrome, those lines become fine, loose strokes set against a generous amount of open white space.
A Cucuyagua map poster keeps that balance between a small settled core and the wide rural setting around it. The denser cluster of central streets holds the eye, while the thinner lines toward the margins suggest distance and elevation. It suits someone who grew up here, someone who left for work elsewhere, or anyone who wants a record of a place that is rarely drawn at this scale.

Compact centre
A handful of short, fairly regular blocks marks the middle of Cucuyagua, where most of the buildings are concentrated before the pattern loosens into scattered lots and gardens.
Hill country margins
Around the edges, rural lanes wind along slopes and streams, describing the mountainous ground of western Honduras without a single contour line being drawn.

အဓိပ္ပာယ်ရှိသော မြေပုံ
People hang a map of Cucuyagua because it is home, or used to be, and because a town of this size almost never appears on anything framed. The poster turns a familiar route through the centre into a quiet graphic that still reads unmistakably as one specific place.
You can write your own title, add a subtitle such as a family name or a year, and adjust the coordinates line. Choose Classic black & white, Noir, Paper, Blueprint or Sand, then download the HD files for $9 or order a printed poster on matte paper.
