Erémankono Map Poster & Print
Erémankono is in the Goh-Djiboua district of central-southern Ivory Coast, where forest and savanna meet. It is a small town, and its map is correspondingly simple. A main road carries most of the traffic, and neighbourhoods of houses and compounds cluster along it and branch off into smaller lanes.
The land around the town is agricultural. Plots, plantations and tracks spread out through the countryside, and they appear on the map as loose lines and open spaces. The built area has no rigid grid. It grows along roads and around meeting points, forming the irregular, living pattern typical of many towns in the region.
An Erémankono map poster is intended for people who know the town personally: residents, families who have moved to Abidjan or further, and anyone with ties to the region. It shows the place plainly and accurately, a small centre with its roads reaching out across the land.

Farmland tracks
Beyond the houses, paths and field edges spread across the countryside, adding a light texture of lines around the dense centre.
