Kpozoun Map Poster & Print
Kpozoun is a locality in the Zou department of southern-central Benin, in the part of the country historically associated with the kingdom of Dahomey. The map shows a small, loosely arranged settlement. Clusters of compounds and short lanes are linked by roads that head out across the flat, wooded farmland typical of the region.
Settlements in this part of Benin rarely follow a planned grid, and Kpozoun is no exception. Paths connect neighbourhoods, fields and nearby villages, and on paper they form an irregular, branching network. The lines are often sparse, with wide gaps of open ground between them that the printed map leaves in clean white or tone.
A Kpozoun map poster gives this rural pattern a structure of its own. With little to crowd the frame, every track becomes a legible stroke, and the arrangement of roads feels more like a drawing than a diagram. It is an honest picture of a place defined by its connections to the land around it.

Clustered compounds
Built-up areas gather in small groups rather than continuous blocks. The result is a gentle, scattered texture in the centre of the print.
Open farmland
Much of the frame is open ground between roads. The space gives the composition room to breathe and puts the few strong lines in focus.
