Ponds everywhere
Many small ponds are scattered among the houses. They appear as distinct blocks of tone that give the map a dotted, rhythmic surface.

Lakshmīpur Map Poster & Print
Lakshmīpur is the headquarters of its district in the Chittagong Division, near where the Meghna widens into its estuary. The land is low and flat and shaped by water. Canals, small channels and household ponds are everywhere, and the street network bends around them rather than cutting straight through.
The town centre is a dense cluster of lanes and markets. Beyond it, settlement continues in long strips along roads and embankments, with rice fields and waterways in between. This linear, water-bound pattern is typical of the lower delta and very different from the neat grids of planned cities.
A Lakshmīpur map poster captures that interplay of land and water in black and white. Ponds become small solid shapes, canals become thin threads, and the roads follow whatever dry ground is available. It is an accurate portrait of a delta town, not a generic city map.

Canals and channels
Narrow waterways wind through the town and its surroundings. They are reminders that this landscape is organised around water as much as roads.
Settlement along roads
Outside the centre, houses line the raised roads and embankments. This creates long ribbons of development between open fields.
